 Everyone needs to remember, they did not gain all of the excess weight in a couple of weeks and you cannot expect to lose excess weight in a couple of weeks.

A healthy diet is not ridiculously strict and it is not eating only lettuce. The best way to lose weight and stay motivated is to learn about the food we eat and how today's processed foods have actually caused us to gain weight and fat.
